Brenda Hutchins is a lifetime Winston-Salem resident and has been helping people as a Realtor since 1995. Reared on a farm, Brenda is very driven as well as caring. She retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company after 30 years. She attended Salem College before embarking on her real estate career. She has been married to Charles since 1964. She has been a member of Calvary Baptist Church since 1965, and enjoys teaching a ladies Bible Fellowship Class. She volunteers at the Storehouse for Jesus and she also enjoys reading, traveling, shopping and spending time with her seven grandsons. Her clients are very important to her, and her attention to detail, and responsiveness are some of her strongest assets.
Todd Hutchins, Brenda's son and Business Partner, grew up in Winston-Salem. He attended Western Carolina and graduated with a degree in Finance, though he's worked in sales ever since. He moved to Knoxville TN with Dillard Paper in 1991, and was in the paper industry for over 14 years. He met his wife Angie, in Knoxville, and married in 1993. God blessed them with 4 boys in 5 1/2 years, and then brought them all back to his hometown in 2004 so he could work in real estate. Not only does he now enjoy the challenges of meeting his clients' needs in their housing and land choices, he has personal experience with many moves: they have lived in 5 houses since 2002, and extensively remodeled 2 of them. He is a supportive homeschool father and enjoys taking the boys golfing, fishing and swimming, as well as reading to them.
